For a full refund less the shipping costs,* we need the clothing back in our store within 14 days. Online pick up orders are considered an in-store purchase (in-store return policy applies).
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7 days for your refund to be issued - in the same method you used to pay. Unfortunately, if we receive it past the 14 days, it’s too late to make a return.
Instructions for returns
- Please fill out the return card that came with your order. If you did not recieve a return card. Please write your name, order number and email address on a piece of paper.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging (or alternative secure package) along with return card.

Refunds will only be given if the item is returned clean, without any damages, and the tag is intact.

- Unfortunately if it is past the 14 days it is too late to make a return. If there were any shipping delays along the way please contact us so we can accommodate you.
Items sent back after 14 days will be held for pickup for 21 days. After 21 days, they will be donated.
- Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of shipped and returned goods. Nor do we accept liabilty for lost packages due to insufficient shipping address. The customer is responsible for inputting the correct order/shipping information.
- We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
- Online pick up orders are considered in-store purchases. You have 7 days from day of purchase to exchange or return for store credit.
- Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
